For over night
stays: Check in
time after 2PM and a full breakfast is provided. All breakfasts are made with
organic food and Arabica coffee. Use of all facilities is included.
Corporate Retreats etc., Reunions, Weddings, Anniversaries and self
catered occasions are quoted on an individual basis depending on the
services required.
All rates are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
Reservation Policy
During the summer season there is minimum two-night stay requirement on the weekends. As an adult oriented facility,
we welcome room reservations for children over 16 years. Sorry, out of
consideration for other guests we cannot accommodate pets but can arrange
accommodations locally for the pets. Normal check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Normal check out time is 11:00 a.m. We will be happy to store baggage for
early arrivals or late departures. Advanced reservations require a deposit
equal to one nights stay, balance of payments are made upon arrival.
Payments can be made with either cash, credit cards or travelers checks.
Reservations can be guaranteed by Visa or MasterCard.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Prepayment of 50% will confirm a reservation. Your funds, less $20/room
booked, will gladly be refunded if cancellation is made NOT LESS THAN 14
DAYS prior to arrival. After that, no refund will be possible. A guest who
cancels or checks out before the last day of the reservation will be
required to pay for the days reserved if the rooms cannot be re-rented.
On pre-planned spa vacations a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required
30 days prior to the arrival date. Our guests are required to sign a
waiver and release of liability form before starting their activity
program. We should be notified as soon as possible of any pre-existing
medical conditions.
